Assistant coach of the men's and women's Nordic team - In addition to normal coaching responsibilities had broad administrative duties - Improved and streamlined team web resources - Organized ten day training camp at Mont Saint Anne, Qc for 15 athletes - Helped develop team training plan - Assisted with athlete recruitment - Organized and administered myriad intramural events.
MBSEF, Nordic Race Administrator, Assistant Nordic Coach
August 2006 - April 2007
Hired by the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation (MBSEF) to handle all aspects of Nordic race administration - Improved registration and recordkeeping by utilizing web and database technology - Wrote and distributed press releases through various media including newsletters, internet, and local newspapers - Developed sponsorship relationships with local businesses - Recruited, trained, and coordinated volunteers to help with events from November to March - Organized and was responsible for the success of 11 major events including The AXCS National Masters Championship, The Great Nordeen point-to-point marathon, and the central Oregon USSA sanctioned Junior Olympic weekend. These events normally attracted several hundred competitors - In addition to administrative responsibilities coached youth and adult cross-country skiers five days a week.
Ford Sayre Ski Club, Nordic Coach

Worked with skiers in J3 and J2 age groups twice a week - Organized and instructed dry-land training - including plyometric and ski-imitation exercises for 35 Bill Koch League skiers until January - During winter months assisted with waxing and worked closely with ten J3 skiers in both skating and classic techniques.

Employed as assistant director of the Dartmouth Outing Club freshman trips program during the spring and summer of 2005 - Helped organize and facilitate orientation trips, in which over 90% of the incoming class participated - Assisted with the training of over 100 student volunteers in outdoor safety and risk assessment - Organized fundraising in the local Hanover community to support the student run trips program - Helped design new mountain biking and road-biking trips - Used PHP databases to assign over 980 freshmen to over 100 freshman trips - Interacted closely with faculty and administration in a variety of roles.

During the summers of 2002 and 2003 worked in the Facilities and Maintenance Department at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) - Employed as a painter and general maintenance worker - Worked on major projects both as an individual and as part of a team.
